I build guitars for as a hobby and want to keep track of who has what by using serial numbers printed on water slide paper and then affixed to the back of the headstock. I've attached a word document with what I have in mind and was wondering whether someone has either something already or can tell how to go about doing it.

I've found a few types already but unfortunately, couldn't get them to work at all.

I have no experience in using macros and the like and have no idea about where to start. I've attached what I have in mind... SMG Serial Number Sheet.docx
