Recently I have purchased Microsoft surface book 2 and installed Office 365. I have this cool toolbar in Outlook on the right side which is very handy (pictures attached).


When I installed office 365 on other laptop/PC I do not see these toolbars despite trying to find in View and everywhere else.. Is it just a Microsoft book feature or where do I find to enable this toolbar? Thanks.
