Thank you for coming back to me and confirming what I had suspected was the case, that it isn't possible to adjust the Tables Styles. I will have to re-think the table design, as I know there is a high chance it will break across two pages and using macros isn't possible.

I will make a note of the macro, should I need it in the future but its good to know I'm not going crazy and missing a setting somewhere....
