Mail Merge problem with greeting line and address block in envelope
Hi Microsoft Experts,
I was just wondering if you can take a look at the mail merge I was working on. I am having a problem on the greeting line and the address block in the letter and envelope. First, when I go to the greeting line and scroll down the different senerios on the greeting line format it does not change. Second, when I change the match fields it changes the greeting line, the address block of the envelope and the address block of the letter. Not sure what is going on.
