Outlook 2016 Disconnects Multiple Times a Day
Afternoon,
I've been having a problem with my Outlook client for about three months where it will disconnect multiple times a day. I can close Outlook and reopen it and it will connect for a while but eventually it will disconnect again.
Whilst Outlook is disconnected I never lose access to network shares or the Internet. It's purely access to my email.
Since the issue started, we have moved from local Exchange to Office 365 and my laptop has been rebuilt after trying various profile rebuilding etc. The issue persists.
I have also turned off cache mode but it does the same, which is even worse.
I'm not aware of it happening for any of my colleagues so am really confused at this stage.
Does anyone have any ideas I could try?
