A mailmerge carries only the data, not formatting like fonts, colours, etc. To conditionally colour the table cells in your document, you'll need to take the approach described under
Conditionally Shade Table Cells in the
Mailmerge Tips and Tricks 'Sticky' thread at he top of this forum:
