I am curious as to how you are getting that tooltip to display. In my Table of Contents it only says Current Document.


Is your TOC constructed from multiple documents?


On your own computer you can turn off display of tooltips.
I misspoke when I referred to them as hyperlinks. That being said, I do not know why my 'links' show the full path, rather than just "Current Document" as yours does. I also have the same issue when linking to other bookmarks in my document; it includes the full document path, rather than just the bookmark name. I deselected the 'Show document tooltips on hover, in the Display Option, which removed it altogether, but I want it to show the same image feature as your screenshot.
