Question Table of Contents - positioning in a document
Word 365 is giving me a nervous breakdown. All I want to do is put a TOC at the TOP of my document. I have my items tagged as header 1 and 2, the TOC generates fine.


But maddeningly, Word ignores where the cursor is (at the top of the document on a blank page) and inserts the TOC in the middle of some text on the LAST page.


It has to be something stupid I'm doing, but I'm sure that Microsoft is "helping me".


Any ideas?
