Default Remove Cookie Notice from embedded workbook

Sorry if this has already been done but can't seem to find the answers.

Am having a slight problem with the embedded data showing on my web page.

The data displayed has an extra top field showing:

This site uses cookies for analytics, personalized content and ads. By continuing to browse this site, you agree to this use.

Is there a way to possibly not display this as I have a simple website that does not use cookies and this will confuse people visiting my site who will now think I use cookies.

Also could someone explain what the bottom black bar is used for. I know there is a link to the Excel Workbook and a download link but cannot work out what the other 3 buttons are for.

I really just wanted to display the data as read-only as it will not be updated on-line by others.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
