I think I stumbled across how to do this in Word Options but I can't find it now! And a google did not provide an answer that works. I am seeking a shortcut way or autotext way to do this... replace a short string with another one. Say if I want to be able to type "aaa" and have it automatically replace that with "bbb" or whatever string I want. How do I do this? I would rather not have to strike Enter to get it to invoke if that means it is going to create a carriage return, 'cause that will cause more key strokes to fix that.
