There is nothing on the Poe site suggesting it is compatible with Microsoft Word. It appears you've saved your Poe file over the Word document, destroying it. The PK prefix in your screenshot suggests the file has a .zip format, the same as docx files. If you change the file's extension to .zip, can you open it as a zip archive? If not, you'll need to restore a copy of your Word document from your most recent backup.
