Hi all
We have documents that we have to print out. Several people create these Word documents.

The image (which is of a signature-but there are several diferent signatures we use) is always in the same place (just above the bottom right hand corner).

How can we make sure that the image is always in the same place and always the same size when printed? Do we need to make a template?
