Default Raw interval during fractional numbers

Dear gurus! Prompt: it is necessary to insert fractional numbers, fractions from time to time in the text. And then WORD automatically increases the height of the line where there is a fraction. I need the interval=1. If Iam set the interval "exactly", then in order not to cut off the numerator I need to set such a height that, apparently, the height of the lines will be more than 1.5 intervals.

Need to do as shown on fig.

But how? I collect fractions in Mathtype 6.9. With the built-in editor in Word 2016, the same story.
