Is there any file with the name of your email account, supported by an OST or PST extension?
"C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook " is the exact location.
As far as I know removal of Outlook also deletes the existing Outlook folders. Probably, you are another sufferer.
As per me, one should backup his emails, no matter they are accessed by IMAP server or POP. Here is my reason to own one such application- Mail Backup X. Apart from alerting the presence of attachments in my emails, it makes sure all my emails are backed up:
