Default Outlook 365 - Moving .pst Question

I am moving to a new Surface Pro 6 computer. My personal Outlook files on my old computer are contained in a very large (14GB) pst file. I am also using IMAP for my email which is now in a new ost file on the new computer.

I don't need the information in the pst file on a regular basis, but do need it periodically. Is there some way to simply preserve the file and use it as needed rather than import it into the new Outlook program? I really don't want to take up the space on the Surface's SSD which is only 128GB.

I do have a 256GB microSD card in the Surface and could put the pst file on there if it would work and if Outlook would keep it there so it doesn't take up space on the SSD.

Lastly, is there some way to put the pst file on OneDrive and have the computer think it is on the local drive and access it as needed?

Any suggestions?

Thanks.
