I thought you might be able to do it with the advance field but it doesn't seem to work
{Advance \r {=10*{Page}}}{Page}
but for some reason, the inner part {=10*{Page}} converts to a number but the \r won't treat it as one.
Putting on my lateral thinking hat, every page should have all the same numbers across the bottom. Then when you cut of the section to reveal the relevant page, you will remove all subsequent numbers (as if they never existed).
This would give you the view you wanted when the pages are all closed. But if you reveal turn over some pages, you will see the earlier numbers counting up to that point. Hmmm. My lateral thinking hat is broken.
Putting on my labour-intensive hat, I would print the pages one at a time after changing the footer to increase the indent to match the page number indent required. Automating this with a macro would be possible but still just as labour-intensive for a one off solution.
