The screen shots appear to show that there are a bunch of floating objects added to a document and that some of these are being positioned behind objects that they should be in front of.
The fixes are either:
1. Don't do parts of graphics in Word - build the entire graphic in a program that is best suited for the task and then import that graphic into Word as a single object
2. Put all the graphic parts into a Drawing Canvas (which is a container that gives you some control of where multiple objects can be placed)
