Default Wrapping Text in Word 2007

Apparently, Word 2007 (and other word versions) don't have an option to wrap text. Please not that this is NOT the wrap text where the picture is placed and the text "wraps" around the image. This is absolutely not what I am referring to.

If a long word hits the end of the text box or page, and it cuts off with a hyphen and continues in the next line, it's called text-wrapping. As far as I know, there is no option to do this. Or, maybe there is, and I haven't been able to find it. I've searched through Google, but every other article and forum post always referred to the picture-wrapping.

Is there a way to activate text-wrapping in or out of a text box?
