Hi,

I have Windows 10 with Office 2016.

I received a docx file from a customer and changed what I had to change.

The customer received this file from a translator and send it to me to see if it's ok.

I changed what I had to change and send the file to the customer.

The customer is saying that it can see some characters, like " - " or " º ". The characters are missing and insted he has empty squares. Example:

há-de

Nº

I didn't touch/changed this characters.

I can see, print, and save in PDF the file and see the characters.

I live in Portugal and the customer in Germany.

Any help?
