If you're going to post a question with an attachment, probably would be a good idea if the attachment was in the format of the question. Excel that is, not word...

  • Highlight applicable range >> AH2:AK39
  • Home Tab >> Styles >> Conditional Formatting >> New Rule
  • Select a Rule Type: Use a formula to determine which cells to format
  • Edit the Rule Description: Format values where this formula is true: =AND($AK2<>"",$AK2<=$AK$40)
