New issue with my outlook 2010 that was installed over 8 years ago. I noticed yesterday it asked me to activate software I activated back then. The pop up message gave no option for entering product key. Asked for 6 or 7 digit code? Red flags went up in my head as phone number I called did say "Microsoft activation" and they wanted to send message to my phone. Strange. I also noticed the reply, reply all and Forward buttons are GREYED out. Not working! I did a "repair" of Outlook with install dvd, entered the product key, and when fired up Outlook I still get greyed out buttons and now think might be setting someplace???? Frustrated in Md
