When these files become corrupt you need to open the zip file and find the problem xml file and correct the issue. There are some gurus around that do that sort of thing for people but you would need to load the file somewhere so we can take a look at it and correct the issue.

The only one that I know of doing this regularly is Doug Robbins and I haven't seen him here. He regularly monitors Word Answers on the Microsoft site.
