Hi I'm working with ms office 2016 and all of a sudden when I try to open a word document it opens for about a second and then disappears. I am also getting the same problem with outlooki(which I really need to get working). Apparently Publisher and Excel appear to be working. A couple of days ago I had a minor issue where word was not communicating with my Xerox printer which corrected itself when I reload my printer then tonight I tried to open one of several word documents that I have had on file for months and I don't get any message; the document simply opens for a split second and then disappears. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no effect. It's very frustrating because I rely so much on both Word and Outlook. Please, please help me to find a solution? Thanks.
