You cannot 'deactivate' an Office installation. Uninstalling doesn't take away from the fact it's been activated on that PC.

In any event, what you're suggesting seems contrary to the intent of the EULA and you may find that, when MS realises what you're doing, they'll treat it as an attempt to circumvent the EULA and invalidating the product key entirely.
