Default Timestamp information in digital signature?

Hello,

I'm trying to add and view a digitally signed word document's Timestamp information but not able to do that. I have set my registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\C ommon\Signatures like this:

MinXAdESLevel - 2
XAdESLevel - 2
TSALocation - http://timestamp.entrust.net/TSS/RFC3161sha2TS (which is Entrust Timestamping Server URL)

I have obtained a valid Document Signing certificate from Entrust and I can sign Word 2016 documents digitally without any warnings. And when I look at Signature details everything the signature is valid and it's XAdES-T which should support and require Timestamp.

But when I look at "additional signing information that was collected..." the Timestamp information is empty. See the screenshot attached. Sorry about the Finnish language but hopefully you get the idea. Basically it says that "Timestamp information and Timestamp issuer information is not available."

Does anybody have an idea what I am missing or doing wrong?

Thanks in advance!
