I doubt you'll get different point sizes in the TOC but, even in the sample TOC attached to post #21 shows that the TOC can reproduce the different fonts.

As for the '/', you can only get that if you add it to the actual heading.

Any chapter numbering you want to appear in the TOC must also appear in the relevant Headings

Text wrapping in the TOC, with indents, is easily managed by formatting the TOC Styles correctly. See: https://www.msofficeforums.com/word/...html#post52345
