Does anyone know how to make a theme apply notes pages formatting.

I have a theme that changes the layout of the Notes from the standard one that Microsoft insist we use, to a much more reader friendly one.

However, when I apply my theme to an existing presentation, all the slides change, but the Notes pages (and Master) are still the old boring Microsoft default, and not the one from my theme.

It use to work in templates, why would Microsoft remove functionality in a 'newer' release?

Grrrrr help please?
