I'm guessing that your organization has a custom Word Add-In that's acting up?? That's what the "Sage" tab probably is.
Try clicking
File > Options > Add-ins; at the bottom of the dialog box, next to "COM Add-ins," click
Go. If you have one called "Sage," untick the check box and restart Word. I obviously have no idea what Sage does, but if the Template Fields stuff ceases, then you should contact your IT department.
Okay, so I googled Sage, and it looks like, yes, it's an Add-in:
