I am using Office 2010 and I wish to print to A5 paper but only A3, A4 and A6 are available.

How can I have an A5 option?

This choice should be offered by Word, it should not be necessary for me to enter it as a custom size. Is MS not aware that us Europeans and many others use something other than "Letter" size.
