Hi, Thanks for your reply but I'm not quite sure it is what my problem is.
I want to create an email account on OUTLOOK which is a Gmail box (hflb78@gmail.com created more than 10 years ago) but not remembering my original password what ever I try gets rejected.
How can I reset or find my original password in order to succeed in getting my Gmail account created.
