I have a form with 2 views, one for the user request (View1) and the other for the reviewers comments (View2).

I have setup form rules so that members of the Requestors role, get View1 by default, members of the reviewers role see View2 by default.

However, Requestors can still see and fill-in View2. Is there anyway I can control this so that the permissions are;
