Office Pro 2016 wont install from USB
I cant figuire out why this wont work:
I have a legitimate copy of MS office Proffesional Plus 2016 on CD i purchased through my employeer and the home use program.
I want to install it on an HP elitebook 810 G1 with no optical drive.)
i copied and pasted the all files from the CD disk to a USB drive, on a windows 7 machine they are all there.
When i insert the USB in the HP (W10) all files appear in explorer i run setup and window a pops up that asks if i want to allow app to make changes...etc .
yes/allow
Another window, (MS office orange box) appears saying we are preparing files, for about 2 seoconds, then every thing goes away, nothing happens past that.
What is happening here? how can i get this installed?
