Default Merge 3 PDFs in each folder in a sigle PDF

I need a solution to merge 2 PDFs that is in each subfolder in a single PDF/A file (vba or script).
Any way to do that within Word/Excel VBA?
If not, recommend another app?
Backup your original file before doing any modification, test in a throwaway copy of your file.
