Thanks, I changed the style from one to two lines. This was fine because other than some tables, the entire document was in normal.

I do have some other docs that I would like to do the same - print in draft form - but that would mean changing several styles. Not practical.

The issue here is that the person proofreading the draft is reading the printed version and the proofreader is not the typist. Old fashioned, I know, but there it is.
