I have a question on how to update List of Figures, and would appreciate it if someone could help.

We have an existing .doc file that has a List of Figures. 100 figures (Figure 1 - Figure 100) and their page numbers are listed in the List of Figures.

Now I need to insert 2 new figures after "Figure 5", so I copy Figure 4 and Figure 5 to after Figure 5. After update List of Figures, List of Figures can pick up the 2 new figures I inserted and correctly show their page numbers. However, the figure numbers in List of Figures are not right. They look like:

Figure 1 ............................ 7
Figure 2 ............................ 10
...
Figure 5 ............................ 15
Figure 4 ............................ 16
Figure 5 ............................ 17
Figure 6 ............................ 20
...
Figure 100 ......................... 205

Why the 2 copied figures do not use "Figure 6" and "Figure 7", and how to fix it? I can go to each figure after "Figure 5" to update the figure number one-by-one manually, but it takes time. I must have missed something somewhere.
