Found some files but none in the ~*.* or *.tmp format but deleted everything there anyway. When I tried the Save As PDF again got the same error message as before. So I guess this means that what ever file is cause the problem it is not in the temp folder.

Do you know what DLL or other files are involved with doing this Save As to PDF?
