Do you have a "Developer" tab in your ribbon?


If not, go to File|Options then pick "Customize Ribbon" and in the right pane check the "Developer" checkbox.


Click Ok.


Now try Alt+F11 again or go to Developer tab and click "Visual Basic" on the far left.
