Maybe this would be less time consuming than adjusting all screenshots pixel by pixel?

1) Add all screenshots to the slides
2) On the first slide: draw the white dots as PPT shapes on top of the existing 'screenshot white dots'
3) On all slides: cover the 'screenshot white dots' with a black rectangle
4) Copy the PPT-shape white dots from the first slide to all slides
