Default How to combine multiple rows in to one through an equation on EXCEL?

I hope this will make sense. Does anyone know of an equation, or the most time efficient way, to combine rows with the same number, here is a photo for reference:https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Sz8...ew?usp=sharing I highlighted ten rows that share the same info (all having the same #:7320-8663-80), if you look over 7 columns from that one, they all say "3" is there an equation that will allow me to combine all the information from the cells, but add the columns together that have "3" to equal 30? I'm really looking for an equation that will easily do this for all of the different 10 digit columns that repeat, not just the ones highlighted. Again, I apologize if this doesn't make sense, but I really appreciate any help!
I understand, I could easily add a new column underneath and just do "SUM", but that will be too time consuming per repeating number.
Can a V-lookup be used for this? I'm not sure if it's a minimum of two documents in order to do that (I have done them many times before).
