Hi David,

I don't understand how you can have the PDF/XPS Save option without the add-in being installed. See:

where Microsoft says:

To save a file in either PDF or XPS format, you must first install the Save as PDF or XPS add-in for the 2007 Microsoft Office system.
It's not a part of the default Office installation. If you install it, it should appear under 'Programs and Features' in the Windows Control Panel. Are you sure it's installed?
