*sigh* I've been searching online and it has been really confusing, if someone could help me with this I will be forever indebted to you.

I want to do automatic outline numbering formatting like the following:

I. Level 1
a) Lesson 1
b) Lesson 2
c) Lesson 3
II. Level 2
a) Lesson 1
b) Lesson 2
c) Lesson 3

etc. With all of the numbers behind the word 'Level' and "Lesson' automatically generated.

Can someone explain how to do this? Or even better, if someone could simply email a MS Word sample document with this formatting, it may be even easier than typing an explanation all out, I can just go in and see how it's done.
