If, for example, you placed you value in cell D4 of the sheet then your links would all look like:
=MonthsElapsed!$D$4
so do a search for these cells (Ctrl+f to bring up the Find dialogue):

Then you can click Next repeatedly which will jump to the cells one at a time, and while the dialogue box is still open you'll be able to drag or edit the cells concerned, then click Next again. Or you can Find All and work your way down the list with the mouse.
Oh, I forgot, you've got to Look in: Formulas
