I have created a document with specific questions and sub-questions with respective form fields(plain/rich text, drop downs, dates, checkbox, etc.) for each question. However, when I send a test email to myself I am able to open the document, but not able to click on the form fields and enter the answers to those questions. Any recommendations on how to fix this? I have tried saving the document under different types as html, pdf, docx, etc. and it doesn't resolve the issue. If I am on my desktop(Windows operating system) then I can open the document and fill in/check/type within the form fields.
