Check the following setting to make sure your Outlook is not set to read everything in plain text:

1. Click File.
2. Click Options.
3. Click Trust Center.
4. Click the Trust Center Setting button.
5. Click E-mail Security.
6. Make sure the option "Read all standard mail in plain text" is not checked.
