Hello everyone,

I am a new user to MS Project and I have a quick question with regards to setting up a resource pool. I work for a project driven research company and I want to use one resource pool to be able to see any sort of over allocated resources when I bring everything into a masterfile, but the problem I am having is that the hourly price of employees fluctuates based off of when the project started.

Is there anyway to easily use the same resource pool for multiple projects but be able to use a different cost structure for different resources on different projects? Thanks!
