Default Going a little crazy with Styles and Numbered Lists

So I have this big document where I had previously applied styles.

In another document, I created new styles for my company and I have checked them.

The Heading styles are all correctly set to the correct topic level... so I have 1.AaBbCc and it's set as topic level 1, 1.1.AaBbCc and it's set as topic level 2... 1.1.1.1.AaBbCc and it's set as topic level 4.

Saved all these and other styles as a new Theme.

Imported theme to the Big Document mentioned in the first sentence.

Now, first weird thing... all the Header styles are correctly numbered in the preview, except for TitleD... it's shown as JUST AaBbCc.

And indeed. When I select it, I do not get the numbering. And when trying to put numbering in front, what I get is 1.! Or 1.1.1.1. if I try to add more levels.

But looking this same style details, it is still a level 4 style.

Funny thing is that the list doesn´t seem to be broken, because it's number 7.5.1.

If I use the Level 3 style, I get a 7.5.2. If I use level 1 style, I get a 8.

It's just the level 4 style that is broken, as if it doesn´t recognize the previous numbers.

the whole themes and styles thing seems a bit of a mess on Word. You should be given the option to add themes or styles or replace them. And if names did not match, then select which previous style would be replace by what new style.

this document seems to have tons of styles, most unused.
