Default Avoid duplicates in shared email folder

Hi

At my office we're undergoing some changes and one of them is a new acount in Outlook, shared by 4 people. The inbox has 31 sub-folders, one for each day of the month. If we receive a new mail we put it in the sub-folder corresponding to the day that the email is valid.
The problem is that some emails are send to the 4 of us, others just to 1 or 2 recepients. If more than 1 person gets the mail, it will be put twice or more often in a folder.
Is there a way in VBA to automatically move a mail dragged in a folder to the trash if this exact mail is already in this folder??
I need to say that it is not possible to install a tool or something similar to do that.

Thanks for your help
