My wife and I use Outlook 2007 on each of our Windows 7 computers. We receive emails for meeting notices where the text all runs together rather in a list. Other people receiving the same notices don't have the issue. Below is an example. We both use html for our mail format, remove extra line breaks in plain text messages is unchecked, and read all mail in plain text is unchecked. Any ideas on how to resolve this problem. There are lots of threads on the net, but no solutions.
