get value form columns

suppose we have values in A1=2,A2=5,A3=7,A4=6,A5=4 and in B1=f,B2=s,B3=z,B4=s,B5=t.how to get maximum value from column A(which is 7) and how to get value from column B which is in front of maximum value from column A(which is z)
