You only want Word, I understand.


Office 2019 has been announced for release this fall. That means that many retailers are selling Office 2016 at deep discounts. You can likely get the entire package from a reputable retailer for less than you would pay for Word directly from Microsoft.


Search Google for Office 2016 and Word 2016.


You want to install the 32-bit version. There is no advantage with Word to install the 64-bit version.
All of the above is also true for Office 2010 and 2013.



If you get Office, you would likely find Excel handy for Word Mail Merge.
